Data Deletion Request
This page explains how parents, guardians, and users can ask HappyKidsFun to review or delete personal data connected with Kids Coloring Studio and HappyKidsFun services.
How To Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] from the parent or guardian email address used for the app, purchase, support request, or data request.
- Use the subject line: Kids Coloring Studio Data Deletion Request.
- Include the app name, the email address used for purchase or support, and a short note asking us to delete data we control.
- We may reply to verify that the request is from a parent, guardian, or account owner before deleting data.
Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected]. We aim to respond within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the data and verify the requester.
Data We Delete When Applicable
- Parent contact email held by HappyKidsFun for app support, restore help, or privacy requests.
- Kids Coloring Studio purchase verification records stored by HappyKidsFun, where deletion is legally allowed.
- Cloud/API progress records linked to the supplied parent email or device reference, where applicable.
- Support messages that are no longer needed after the request is resolved, where deletion is legally allowed.
Data We May Keep
- Records that payment processors, app stores, banks, tax authorities, fraud prevention systems, or legal compliance rules require us or our providers to retain.
- Anonymous or aggregated technical records that cannot reasonably identify a user.
- Local artwork, drafts, settings, and progress stored only on the user's device. These can be deleted by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
Retention periods depend on the data type. Support and privacy request emails may be retained only as long as needed to process the request or meet legal requirements. Billing, tax, fraud prevention, and app store transaction records may be retained longer where required by law or payment provider rules.
Device-Only Data
Some Kids Coloring Studio data, such as artwork drafts, local gallery items, settings, and progress, may be stored only on the device. HappyKidsFun cannot delete device-only data remotely. Users can remove it by clearing app storage in device settings or uninstalling the app.
